Arry Aditsya Yoga, widely known as Arry Ay, is a graduate of Universiti Utara Malaysia with experience spanning government affairs, marine spatial planning, international cooperation, anthropology, and sustainable tourism development. He previously served as Secretary to the Special Advisor for Marine Spatial Planning and International Cooperation at Indonesia’s Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. He was also one of five experts on the Belitong UNESCO Global Geopark Management Board, serving as its youngest expert in the field of anthropology. In addition, he has contributed as an expert advisor to village development and tourism initiatives under an integrated provincial representative unit for tourism. Arry has shared his insights as a speaker at Bakrie University, the Indonesian Diaspora Network of University Students (Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia Dunia), Indonesia’s Ministry of Communication and Information, and various other institutions. His professional interests center on public policy, cultural and anthropological perspectives, sustainable development, and strategic collaboration across sectors.

Muhammad Belva Juliadi is a psychologist and multidisciplinary researcher whose interests span indigenous psychology, child psychology, psychological therapy, ecopsychology, and forensic psychology. His broader academic interests in political studies, resource management, and human capital development contribute to a multifaceted perspective on psychological and societal issues. He has professional experience working under the Belitung Regency National Narcotics Agency (BNN) and has contributed to research initiatives through the Indonesian Anthropology Symposium. Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, he has served as Chairman of the Belitong Students and Family Association and Head of the Human Development Department of the Indonesian National Youth Committee (KNPI). A national-level karate athlete and experienced coach, he has also been actively involved in various sports and served as a karate judge in connection with programs under the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia. Through his work across psychology, research, leadership, sports, and community development, Belva demonstrates a commitment to advancing human potential, strengthening communities, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly on Belitong Island.

Daru Iswara is a regional-level athlete representing the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, competing in men’s beach volleyball as a representative of East Belitung Regency. In addition to his athletic career, he is a swimming coach with experience in sports training and athlete development. He has also been involved in rugby through his participation in a rugby club, reflecting his versatility and commitment to various sporting disciplines. Beyond sports, Daru is an entrepreneur, combining his interests in athletics, leadership, and business development. His diverse experience across competitive sports, coaching, and entrepreneurship demonstrates his dedication to personal growth, teamwork, and professional development.
