Membership Eligibility, Declaration & Assessment Agreement
Preamble
Membership in The Tuan Kuase is selective and subject to rigorous evaluation. The organization seeks individuals who demonstrate exceptional intellectual ability, emotional maturity, ethical integrity, critical thinking, discipline, and commitment to its foundational principles.
Submission of a membership application does not guarantee admission. All applicants must satisfy the eligibility requirements and successfully complete the organization’s prescribed selection process.
By proceeding with an application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Article I — National Foundation & Constitutional Principles
1. Pancasila and the Constitution
Every applicant must acknowledge and respect Pancasila as the foundational ideology of the Republic of Indonesia and uphold the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945).
2. National Integrity
Members must respect Indonesia’s sovereignty, national unity, territorial integrity, and the principle of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika.
3. Respect for the Rule of Law
Members must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not engage in unlawful activities that threaten public safety, constitutional governance, or institutional integrity.
4. Responsible Citizenship
Members are expected to demonstrate civic responsibility, respect for legitimate institutions, and a commitment to the peaceful and lawful resolution of disputes.
Article II — Mandatory IQ & EQ Qualifications
1. Minimum Intelligence Quotient (IQ)
Every applicant must achieve an IQ score strictly above 115. The assessment must be conducted using an appropriate standardized instrument administered by a qualified professional or through an assessment procedure formally approved by The Tuan Kuase.
A score of exactly 115 does not satisfy this requirement.
2. Minimum Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ)
Every applicant must achieve an EQ score strictly above 115, measured through an emotional intelligence assessment officially designated and administered or verified by The Tuan Kuase.
The organization must establish the assessment instrument, scoring methodology, and qualifying threshold in advance. The selected instrument must support the interpretation of a score above 115.
A score of exactly 115 does not satisfy this requirement.
3. Mandatory Official Testing
Both IQ and EQ assessments are compulsory for every applicant. Self-reported scores, informal online tests, academic qualifications, professional achievements, personal recommendations, or previous assessment results shall not automatically substitute for the organization’s official testing requirements.
4. Independent Qualification Thresholds
IQ and EQ are assessed independently. An applicant who achieves an IQ score above 115 but fails to achieve an EQ score above 115, or vice versa, does not satisfy the minimum intellectual and emotional eligibility requirements.
5. Assessment Integrity
Applicants must complete all assessments honestly and independently, in accordance with the applicable testing rules. Cheating, impersonation, falsification of results, unauthorized assistance, or deliberate interference with the assessment process may result in disqualification.
6. Analytical and Critical Thinking
In addition to IQ and EQ testing, applicants may be evaluated on analytical reasoning, logical consistency, evidence evaluation, problem-solving ability, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to distinguish verified facts from assumptions and personal opinions.
7. Emotional Maturity
Applicants must demonstrate appropriate emotional regulation, empathy, self-awareness, sound interpersonal judgment, accountability, and the ability to manage disagreements constructively.
8. No Automatic Admission
Meeting the IQ and EQ thresholds is necessary but not sufficient for admission. Final membership decisions shall consider the complete selection process, including ethical integrity, behavioral suitability, and compliance with all applicable membership requirements.
